Jenny Rough is a lawyer-turned-freelance writer who splits her time between the bustling city of Washington DC and the serene countryside of southwest Colorado. In addition to her blog Roughly Speaking, she's written personal essays for The Washington Post, Self, Writer's Digest, Mothering.com, Happen, and many other publications. She's also the "Ask a Blogger" columnist for the webzine MaHC and a regular contributor to Whole Life Times, a sustainable living magazine. Her husband introduced her to yoga when they began dating years ago, and she loves the fact that she gets to blog about it now too.
